What can I bring with me to cheer up my Uncle who is going through chemotherapy?

My Uncle was recently diagnosed with cancer and has come to my city to receive chemotherapy and surgery. He will be away from his wife and kids for 7 weeks and I will be visiting often. I want to bring a gift with me to help cheer him up. I was thinking about getting a teddy from build a bear that I personalize just for him, and make him a card (I am really good at art so I thought I could make him something special) I don’t want to just get him flowers. are there any other suggestions?

Doing something artistic sounds really great.

Part of getting through chemo means keeping your chin up. Laughing helps a lot. If you have any videos that make you laugh, or know of what kind of humor he really likes, that would help, too. Keeping his mind off of how bad he feels is a real plus.
