Mercury Christmas Ornaments?

We found some really great old mercury glass Christmas ornaments that belonged to my grandmother and thought about using them on our tree. Do these ornaments pose any threat (other than keeping them out of the hands of little ones)? Thanks.

Hi,

Use the same caution you would with mercury thermometers.
