What would I use Paint to draw a light bulb design on the outside of a frosted glass painted Christmas?

We have seen a Christmas decoration at Walmart – it was a red satin glass ball ornament and had Santa's Band (with glitter) and Buckle (Silver Glitter) painted on it. We do not have much money so I told my autistic daughter, we could do for our tree – but – not to tell her I do not know what kind of color I would choose to access a credit to use and what to use gloss. Did they could use glitter paint me and if so, where can I buy these colors?
