They find a reindeer sleigh, and eight high up on the house. Scott relies on the Santa suit Charlie, please, and starts delivering toys from roof to roof.
Your last stop is the North Pole. The head elf Bernard (David Krumholtz), shows him a small inscription on the card, that after the death of the former residents, who wears the suit takes over the identity of Santa Claus and says all the responsibilities that go with it. This is the "Santa Clause", as Bernard said: "Put on the suit, you're the big guy." He also gives Charlie a snow globe. Then he meets a elf named Judy who says Scott, that he only eleven months until the next harvest festival 's affairs in order before he refuse to Santa Claus full time, which he tries. Charlie and he spent the night in the factory. Laura, who finally realize that Scott is really the new Santa throws the custody papers in the fireplace and come see Charlie Scott welcomed at any time he wants. Bernard tells Charlie that the snow ball is magic. Anytime he wants to visit his father, all he has to do is to shake it.
