Christmas Ornaments Kitchen Utensils

there is a Christmas cartoon where there are small children in an orphanage and they all lined up on their beds opposite sides of the wall … then they wake up and go into the room to find their stockings with toys, but down to untangle, toys break and they all start to cry. they all go back to bed. then there is an old man walking by who hears the children crying and then he sneaks into the kitchen and made all these toys out of kitchen utensils and makes "snow" flakes of soap and a tree made of umbrellas and put in place all the ornaments and decorations, and then wakes up children and they all come out and are very happy and they have a sled and in the end they all get around the "tree" that is turning around. if please help me find either online, or any info on this, or a name.
